Who it's for
A booking site for your yoga classes, workshops and retreats.
Put your weekly timetable, workshop days and retreats on one site. Students book a mat and pay by card, answer your health questions as they book, and get their reminders by email – so the first time you see their name is on the register.
A week of teaching, with the admin taken out
Sunday evening
Next week's classes are already on your site, because the timetable repeats itself up to a year ahead. Students have been booking since last week.
Wednesday, 6pm
The Vinyasa class is full. Someone cancels at lunchtime, the first person on the waitlist is emailed and has twelve hours to take the mat.
Saturday workshop
Your inversions workshop has its own page, its own price and a limit of eighteen places. Friends book three places in one go.
What it does for a yoga teacher
A timetable that fills itself
Set a class once – day, time, capacity, price – and it repeats for as many weeks ahead as you choose. One-off sessions sit alongside it. A class shows as sold out when the mats are gone.
Workshops and retreat days
Every dated session gets its own page that you can share and that search engines can read, with its own price and number of places. Students can book several places at once.
Health questions at booking
Ask about injuries, pregnancy or experience before someone steps onto the mat. The answers stay with the booking, where you can read them before class.
A waitlist for full classes
Students join the waitlist without paying. When a place frees up, the first person is offered it by email and it is held for twelve hours before passing to the next.

Check students in at the door
Each ticket carries a QR code. Scan it with your phone, or tick the register, and anyone who did not turn up can be marked as a no-show for you.

Getting paid for your classes
Students pay the full price by card when they book. On the Free plan there is no monthly fee; card payments we collect cost 6.5% + 20p* each. Paid plans run from £12.50 a month + tax, billed yearly (£150.00 + tax a year), or £15.00 a month + tax paid monthly.
Your own Stripe account
Paid straight into your Stripe account.
Connect the Stripe account you have, or open one through us. Clients pay by card when they book and the money settles in your Stripe account on Stripe's payout schedule. BookBookNow takes no commission; Stripe's own card fees apply.

We collect for you
No Stripe account needed.
BookBookNow collects the card payment for you and pays it out to your bank on request, after a short hold. Our commission includes Stripe's fee for standard UK cards; a dearer card adds Stripe's extra fee at cost. Commission per payment: Free 6.5% + 20p*, Starter 5% + 20p*, Studio 3% + 20p*, Pro 2% + 20p*.

Is it right for your studio?
A good fit if
- You teach drop-in classes, workshops or retreat days, on your own or with a small team
- Students pay for each class or workshop when they book
- You want your own booking site rather than a listing on a marketplace
Not the right fit yet if
- Your studio runs on memberships, class passes or credits
- Students need to choose a particular teacher, room or spot
- You want text-message reminders or a branded app
Questions
Is there a free yoga booking system?
Yes. The Free plan has no monthly fee and no card to sign up, and it includes classes, workshops, booking forms and reminders. When students pay by card, BookBookNow collects the payment for a commission on each one; the paid plans let payments go into your own Stripe account instead.
Can students fill in a health questionnaire when they book?
Yes, on every plan. You build the questions – text, yes or no, tick boxes, dates and more – and attach them to a class. The answers are kept with the booking and in your bookings export. There are no file uploads or e-signatures: a waiver can be a tick box.
Can I sell class passes or memberships?
Not yet. Each booking is for one class or workshop, paid when it is booked. If your studio runs on monthly memberships or ten-class passes, a tool built around those will suit you better for now.
Do students need to download an app?
No. Students book on your website in any browser, and their ticket opens on their phone. There is no app to install for them or for you.
Does it work if I teach in hired halls?
Yes. Each class has its own capacity, so a church hall with twelve mats and a studio with twenty-five can sit on the same timetable. If you cancel a class, every student booked on it is emailed.
* The commission includes Stripe's fee for standard UK cards. Stripe charges more for some cards – about +1.3% for premium and business UK cards, +1% for European cards and +1.65% for other international cards, plus 2% when Stripe converts the payment from another currency – and we add that difference at cost, shown against each payment.

No card needed on the Free plan. Paid plans from £12.50 a month + tax, billed yearly (£150.00 + tax a year), or £15.00 a month + tax paid monthly, with a 14-day free trial.
Prices are in GBP, before tax. Tax is added at checkout for where your business is: UK businesses pay VAT at 20%, which a VAT-registered business can usually reclaim.
